Delivery
International delivery
International orders are sent by registered priority parcels:
- The cost of delivery to the European Union countries is 7 Eur (22 Lt). We offer FREE delivery for orders over 100 Eur (350 Lt);
- The cost of delivery to Non-EU member states is 12 Eur (40 Lt).
Orders are delivered within 14-20 workdays after the payment is received. The delivery might take a bit longer during national holidays or in cases when the parcel is delivered to more remote areas.
Delivery within Lithuania
We deliver both in Lithuania and in foreign countries. Orders can also be picked up at our office. Our address is: Mindaugo str. 16, Vilnius, Lithuania.
Delivery options:
- Registered priority parcel, sent by post:
- Price: Postal delivery in Lithuania is FREE.
- Duration: It takes 2-4 workdays after the receipt of payment. The delivery might take a bit longer during national holidays or in cases when the parcel is delivered to more remote areas.
- Location: The parcel is delivered to your nearest post office. You will get a notification to your mailbox as soon as the parcel is delivered to your post office.You will be required to show the notification you have received to your mailbox and your personal ID card when you come to post office to pick up your parcel. Thus it is very important that you specify your exact address.
- By courier (DPD):
- Price: The delivery by courier is FREE, if the total sum of the order is 58 Eur (200 Lt) or more. In cases when your order sum is less than 58 Eur (200 Lt), the delivery of the parcel costs 4 Eur (12 Lt).
- Duration: Your order will be delivered next workday after the receipt of payment. You will receive a phone call from us prior we send your parcel in order to confirm the details of your order.
- Location: Parcels are delivered during workdays from 8 a.m. to 16 p.m. directly to the address which is indicated in your order.
Orders can also be picked up at our office in Vilnius FREE of charge. Our address is: Mindaugo str. 16, Vilnius, Lithuania.
