In which countries do you send parcels?
We send parcels into all EU member states including Norway, Switzerland and Ukraine.
International delivery. How can I find out where my parcel is?
Every parcel is registered and has unique number. You will find this number in the e-mail, which you will get when we will send you a parcel. You can Track&Trace your parcel in Lithuania online www.post.lt or in your own country‘s Post website.
How much time does it take to get a parcel?
Once your parcel has been prepared for shipment, it will be delivered within 1-3 weeks depending on the delivery location. Shipment to Non-EU member states tooks from 7 to 21 days.
How can I pay for my item (s)?
You can pay in a variety of ways using PayPal (E.g. Visa, American Express, Master card, etc.)
Foreigners living in Lithuania have more ways to pay for item(s) (bank-links, bank transfers, in cash). For more details please check all Payment Options.
I live in Lithuania. How much time does it take to get the local parcel?
If we receive a payment for your order every workday until the 2 p.m., we will prepare and send parcel on the same day:
- Delivery by courier takes 1 workday.
- Delivery by post takes 2-5 workdays.
What is your Returns Policy?
All goods, purchased in e-shop „Intymi Pagunda“ you have a right to return or exchange it into another size or different model. Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid if an item is returned. However, if you have any doubts about a size, model or else, do not hesitate contact administrator for a consultation. It may protect you from long return/exchange procedure. Could I purchase goods from this e-shop if I live abroad?
Yes, you can. However, free shipping is only if you live in EU member state and total sum of your order is no less than 350 Lt (100 Eur). Otherwise, you'll be asked to pay the outlay of shipment according to the current rates of Lithuanian Post. Anyway, if you live abroad and you want to shop in „Intymi Pagunda“, please contact us by e-mail info@intymipagunda.lt. We will give you advise how to make an order and pay for it.
Do you have regular shop?
There is a showroom in Vilnius, Lithuania (Mindaugo str. 16) and you can pick up the ordered goods.
