Wondering if you could return goods bought in e-shop „Intymi Pagunda“?
Yes, you can. However, if you have any doubts about a size, model or else, do not hesitate contact us by e-mail info@intymipagunda.lt or by phone 00370 674 52797. We‘ll help you always with pleasure besides it may protect you from long return/exchange procedure.
If you want to exchange the goods you purchased by internet, please inform us immediately by e-mail prekes@intymipagunda.lt with attached Money Return Form.
During the 7 days after the shipment of item, you can:
- exchange item‘s size to another;
- exchange item to different one;
- get a refund. Important! Delivery charge is not included to return.
Return/Exchange criteria. Item which you want to change or return MUST be:
- Unworn and unused in other ways. It have to be intact and stay in its first value.
- Kept in original maker‘s packaging and have saved primal appearance and good condition.
- Have all labels on.
Item which you want to return or exchange have to be brought/send to our office in Mindaugo str. 16, 03225 Vilnius, Lithuania.
Also, it is important to include in the returning parcel the Money Return Form and Invoice.
„Intymi Pagunda‘s“ administrator after a reception of item pledge to inform client during 14 days if item suits the return/exchange criteria. If returned item suits these criteria, it will be exchanged or a full refund will be issued via Paypal.

„Intymi Pagunda“ pledge to exchange the item into another if its value do not exceed the value of the exchangeable item.
