The following Terms and Conditions applies each time you visit our site, surf through our pages or use our services, regardless of whether you purchase any products.
I. Products
The main characteristics of products are shown on intymipagunda.lt on each product page. The products offered for sale may not exactly correspond to the real garments in terms of image and colours due to the Internet browser or monitor used.
II. Prices
Prices stated on intymipagunda.lt are inclusive of packing and VAT. Prices are subject to change. Check the final price of sale before sending the relevant order form.
III. Payments
You can pay in a variety of ways using PayPal (E.g. Visa, American Express, Master card, etc.). If you are paying by card and having your order delivered to a different address to the card billing address, then please ensure that you provide us with full and correct billing and delivery addresses details. We cannot process your order without this information.
IV. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed and goods despatched within 1-7 workdays.
V. Delivery
Once your parcel has been prepared for shipment, it will be shipped within 1-3 weeks depending on the delivery location. Please read Delivery Options.
VI. Postal Charges
If you are ordering goods for delivery outside the Lithuania, additional postage costs will be incurred as following:
- For EU countries 7 Eur
- For not EU countries 18 Eur.
VII. Privacy & Security
We're completely committed to respecting your privacy and we will not pass on your details to third parties. The personal data actively submitted by you on intymipagunda.lt will be used for the purpose for which you have submitted them (e.g. execution of your purchase order, process payments, sending you required information, etc).
By supplying us with your details, you are consenting to us using your details in the ways described above.
User ID and password are your private data. We strongly recomend to keep your passwords to yourself. Anyone who knows your password can access your account. If using a public computer (such as in a library or Internet cafe) always log out when you've finished shopping on the website.
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. This means that the information you send us cannot be read by anyone other than the intymipagunda.lt team.
We use cookies. Cookies are pieces of information that our website sends to your computer while you are browsing intymipagunda.lt. Cookies work in combination with content within the website itself, to capture and remember information. For instance, cookies are used to remember and process the items in your shopping cart. We use cookies in aggregate form only - our customer’s site usage and understand our customer’s preferences. This enables us to provide our customers with services or to improve the customer’s site experience.
VIII. Refunds and Returns
Customers within the EU are entitled to a 7 day "Cooling-off" period, during which they may withdraw form the contract. If you wish to do this, goods should be returned in the same condition in which you received them to the returns address below. The only costs at your own expense are those for return shipping. Once we have received the returned item, we will refund your purchase. A full refund will be issued via Paypal.
We will not be responsible for any damage or loss in transit and recommend that you use insured post. Please read more about Refunds & Returns.
IX. Damaged Goods
You may also return item(s) after purchase if it is faulty or damaged. The item(s) should be returned to us within 20 days from the date of purchase, along with copies of invoice and Return Form. Please state in the Return Form that you are returning the item as damaged goods. If your item(s) were damaged and you do not say, we will presume damage was caused on the return journey and not issue a refund.
